I had a terrible experience with noisy neighbors. They woke me up at 5AM with a fight, and I couldn’t reach the front desk for help, forcing me to call the police instead. Additionally, I requested housekeeping at check-in, but it wasn’t done until my last night.

The staff was quite professional, and the hotel was impressively clean. Early check-in was a nice perk, especially for weary travelers. It's my go-to choice when visiting the Salt Lake area to see family, though I wish there were more dining options nearby.

Not ideal for a peaceful night's sleep. noises from neighbors and hallway traffic can be bothersome. My room needed some cleaning attention—especially in the shower and toilet area, which required some self-cleaning. The pool is on the smaller side and lacks depth, making it less enjoyable for those looking for a good swim.

The room was nice and spacious with a great view of the mountains. The bed was super comfy, and I really liked the setup. The hot tub was huge with the best jets ever! Breakfast was also good with plenty of options including warm food. Just had a couple of really minor things that could be improved.

This was just an appropriate option for a flash visit in West Valley City with good value. The breakfast setup was decent, though a bit crowded. Keep an eye on the noise from the nearby freeway.

Our group had an awesome time! We explored the nearby mountains and visited a local art exhibit. The spacious suite was comfy and had a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful.

One downside was the sound from the rooms above and below, which made it hard to relax at times.

Couldn't recommend more for short stay

Spacious room, friendly staff, and great location made our two-night family trip enjoyable, with a nice view of the mountains, easy access to downtown, and excellent amenities including a fitness center and indoor pool.

Parking can be a bit of a hassle during peak times.
